Dr. Conrad R. Richards

He is an advisor, researcher, and educator specializing in real estate education, organizational strategy, and workforce development systems. He is the Founder of REAL ADVANTAGE GROUP, an integrated platform delivering research, consulting, professional development, and community-based initiatives. His work focuses on aligning instructional design, organizational performance, and strategic positioning within regulated professional education and brokerage environments. With over two decades of experience spanning corporate finance, higher education, and real estate practice, Dr. Richards has developed proprietary frameworks supporting talent development, institutional alignment, and competitive advantage. His approach integrates applied research with practical implementation, enabling organizations to strengthen performance, expand capability, and adapt to evolving market and regulatory conditions

Academic & Teaching Leadership:

Dr. Richards has held faculty and instructional roles across higher education and professional training institutions. He served as Adjunct Assistant Professor of Strategic Management at Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business and has held lecturer appointments at New York University’s School of Professional Studies. His teaching portfolio includes management theory, applied research, quantitative analysis, and leadership development. He has also delivered continuing education and licensing programs across multiple institutions, including Baruch College, York College (CUNY), and Hofstra University. His contributions have been recognized with multiple awards, including the REEA President’s Award.
